Hello everybody,

I just came back from a five day trip to San Francisco, USA. Together with fellow freestylers Daniel, Nam The Man and Abbas Farid, I was invited over there to record a commercial for software company SAP. The weather in San Francisco was great, and so was the town itself.
I hope to post the final product of the shoot as soon as it's finished, so keep on checking the site for it!

Hey everybody,

As you probably already noticed, the site hasn't been updated for quite some time lately, this was because of some problems with uploading to the server.
Fortunately, those problems have been solved, and I hope to update this site alot more now.

Carlsberg promotion tour around Denmark

Hey everybody,
Because Carlsberg has just launched a brand new sportsdrink (Carlsberg Sport), they asked my sponsor (Monta) to send over two freestylers to Denmark every weekend to promote the drink in several shopping malls around the country during three months.
So the coming months I will be doing some shows in Denmark for them, together with other Monta-freestylers like Palle, Daniel, Matt, etc.

French Championship freestyle football 2007

Hey everybody,
This weekend the French Championship Freestyle Football 2007 was held in Royan, and I was there as a judge for the competition. It was great to see how high the freestyle level has got in France, and to meet up with all those French freestylers.
After a long and very exciting final, it was Matt from Nantes who crowned himself as the French Freestyle King 2007.

Ireland trip

Hello everybody,
Together with other Belgian freestyler Kevin Van Osselaer I was invited by the FAI (Football Association Ireland) to promote the Irish Premier League game Waterford United against Bray Wanderers. To do this we gave demos in several schools, football clubs & shopping malls in Waterford. We also performed at 1am in local nightclub 'Ruby's'!
In total we were in Ireland for 5 days, the last two days we performed at the SARI (Sport Against Racism) cultural soccerfest in Dublin.

Judge in the French Freestyle Football Championship

The 4th of November 2007, the first French freestyle football championship will be held in Royan, France.
All the big French freestylers will be there, and Filip is invited to be judge during this championship. The judges are the following three persons: Filip, Daniel Rooseboom (Holland) and Léo Allegré (France).

Freestyle trip to Nantes (France)

Hello everybody,
After my last visit to Daniel in Stockholm I went abroad again for 5 days. This time I went to visit my French freestyle partners in Nantes.
I met up with Matt, Nono, Mel, Studee, and good old Léo (who still looks good after all those years :)
Once again I had a wonderful time.

Trip to Stockholm (Sweden)

Hello everybody,
Tomorrow evening I will take the plane to Stockholm (Sweden) to visit my good old friend Daniel Rooseboom.
I will stay in Sweden for 8 days, and will be doing streetshows together with Daniel.

Belgian freestyle meeting in Gent

Today 4 Belgian freestylers (Filip Meeus, Kevin Van Osselaer, Bart Lauwers & Thomas Vandendriessche) came together in Gent (Belgium) to have one of the first Belgian freestyle meetings ever. It was a very nice day, with of course lots of freestyle, but also alot of fun.

Two days ago, Filip took the train to Gorinchem (Holland) to meet up with Daniel Rooseboom, a dutch freestyler.
He stayed there for two days, and of course those days were filled with freestyle football.

World championship freestyle 2006

The 30th of December 2006, Filip will participate in the world championship freestyle 2006, together with freestyle-legends as Mr Woo, Abdullah, Palle, and much more.
The event will take place in the "Pepsi Stage" in Amsterdam, and is organised by streetfootball organisation Masters of The Game

Hey people,
this weekend, me and Daniel (another SSD-freestyler) drove all the way to Rouen (France) to visit our good friend Léo. We stayed at his place for two days. It was a weekend full of freestyle, and of course we had alot of fun!

England trip

Hello people,
I just came back from England, where I performed together with Touzani and Rathinho for a good cause.
We stayed in England for two days (normally three but we missed our first flight =)
The day we arrived we had to perform in Derby for like half an hour, and the next day we went to Birmingham, second biggest city of England, to freestyle a bit , and of course film some stuff.    
I hope to put the movie of our visit online soon,  so keep on checking the site.

Live performance at the Open day of Feyenoord Rotterdam (Holland)

Hello people,
yesterday I did a live performance at the 'Open Day' of Feyenoord Rotterdam (stadium De Kuip, cap. 50.000 people) together with ssd-freestylers Touzani, Rathinho, Daniel and Stefan.
